born and raised in Los Angeles, I have always been immersed in a diverse community of cultures.
I found my passion for the Spanish language and Latin American cultures in my early teenage years.
in addition to my curiosity in all subject matter, I chose to dive deeper into Spanish language and literature as my focus.
I completed my higher education at Loyola Marymount University and received my degree in that field.
soon after, I came to really awaken to the importance of the connection between our bodies & mind and how beautifully we can excel when there is harmony between the two.
this led me to explore movement, breath work, meditation and most importantly, nutrition.
I am deeply inspired by
nature - the movement of our surroundings,
art - the colors and vibrance of life,
and language - the beautiful tool of communication.
I devote a lot of my time to
being in communion with nature
whether it is cultivating on a regenerative farm, hiking beautiful Southern California or watching the surf on our coastline.
painting & drawing are my creative outlets.
all my hobbies have taught me to have patience in the process.
I hope to share this beauty with you.
