sometimes there are days when it is so difficult to focus mentally, until I have moved my body. movement releases the tension, clears the mind and creates space for positive stimuli to flow in. and if the stimulus isn’t positive, you have more space to respond calmly. when I come from a relaxed state, I tend to have more patience for learning something new, more patience with myself and with others and with content in general. we have this beautiful privilege to move - we should cultivate it every chance we get. love, themindfultutora
